The UAR 155g sheet-processing machine is equipped with sheet loading unit and designed for processing rolls of material film with a width of 250 to 1,250 mm. The maximum forming area is 1,450 mm x 1,200 mm. The UAR 155g is ideal for performing twin-sheet thermoforming, used to manufacture air ducts for the automotive industry. The drives employed in the UAR 155g of the upper and lower tables, as well as that of the loading unit have been modified to form and punch the twin-sheet parts in the forming station.
